Job Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of compensation structures that align with industry standards.
- Help gather and analyse data for market benchmarking to assess compensation competitiveness.
- Assist in preparing data for salary reviews, adjustments, and bonus distribution.
- Assist in administering benefits programs, including health insurance, medical benefit, long service award, and other perks.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries about benefits, escalating more complex issues as needed.
- Coordinate benefits enrolment, renewal, and termination processes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Assist in enhancing employee handbook and HR policies.
- Assist in Annual Performance Management Exercise.
- Support the team in gathering and analyzing employee feedback on benefits programs, helping identify areas of improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing offerings.
Education & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource/s Business Admin Management or equivalent.
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in HR or related area.
