Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the implementation of compensation structures that align with industry standards.
  2. Help gather and analyse data for market benchmarking to assess compensation competitiveness.
  3. Assist in preparing data for salary reviews, adjustments, and bonus distribution.
  4. Assist in administering benefits programs, including health insurance, medical benefit, long service award, and other perks.
  5. Respond to basic employee inquiries about benefits, escalating more complex issues as needed.
  6. Coordinate benefits enrolment, renewal, and termination processes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  7. Assist in enhancing employee handbook and HR policies.
  8. Assist in Annual Performance Management Exercise.
  9. Support the team in gathering and analyzing employee feedback on benefits programs, helping identify areas of improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing offerings.

Education & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource/s Business Admin Management or equivalent.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in HR or related area.
