Job Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • Min 3 year working experiences in Retail/Wholesale Marketing & Operation environment.
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Food/Beverage or equivalent and with sales experience will added advantage.
  • Social Media, IT and Tech savvy.
  • Adequate analytical skills – able to analyze outlet performance, evaluate options and develop solutions
  • Result-driven, good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer proficiency of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point applications to produce reports/presentations.
  • Adaptable to changes and innovations
  • Possess own transport (Car) with valid driving license and willing to travel outstations extensively.

To assist the Marketing & Operation Manager managing the overall functions of all outlets which include Sales Activities, Sales Reporting, Inventory monitoring, Cleanliness and Customer Services.

  • To join planning, implement, monitor & review Marketing & Operation Plans, processes, SOPs and KPIs to ensure all outlets have adequate operational cost controls, administrative, reporting procedures, compliant and ultimately to achieve company sales target.
  • Review and analyze outlet performance, develop solutions and evaluate outcome for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Visit the respective outlets to perform compliance check and implementation of procedures for daily/weekly/monthly outlets operation.
  • Liaise directly with outlets to ensure retail’s sales & operation are excellence in accordance to company policy and procedure.
  • Prepare related training material and conduct training whenever required.
  • Make sales when there are no out-of-office activities, and manage team member’s customers in their absence.
  • Ensure customer database is well managed and all related contact details is up to date.
  • Actively participate with inter-department task related whenever needed.
  • Conduct periodic customers sites visit or phone calls to compile the feedback, suggestions and solutions with ultimate objectives to achieve customers satisfaction and loyalty.
  • To monitor and work with internal stakeholders to ensure various business licenses/permits at outlets require by local authorities are renew timely.
  • To provide operational support to outlets in order to ensure smooth running of day-to-day business. I.e. : Repair & Maintenance / upkeep.
  • To back up outlets as and when needed for short term.
  • To perform Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager duties when entrusted to handle an Outlet (new outlet opening or relieve staff on leaves)without compromise.
  • Be able to motivate and steer outlets colleagues to provide friendly, fast and accurate service to the customers.

    To perform any other job assignments / duties as may be required by the management from time to time.
