- Responsible to design and deliver an Employee Relations strategy with the key focus on modernizing and engaging employees
- Manage, organize and deliver Employee Engagement programs and activities that create bonding between Management and Employees or between Employees at different Departments or Levels
- Work along with other HRBP Employee Relations, Head of Department Managers or Executives on program activities and recognition
- Responsible for visiting employees/families in case of unforeseen events such as deaths, accidents, rewards &etc.
- Responsible in developing Employee Engagement Activities Annual Calendar
- Responsible in planning and executing the employee engagement activities such as Annual Dinner, FamilyDay/Open Day, Health Activities, Corporate Social Responsibilities, etc per plan in annual calendar
- Ensuring at maximum participation in company organize activities
- Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field e.g Mass Communication majoring in Public Relations, Business Admin majoring in Marketing, Human Resource or any other relevant field
- Able to represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidates, employees and communities
- Ability to influence others, build strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin speaker and added advantage
- Strong in execution, task prioritization and management of complex projects that require multi-stakeholders engagement and cross-functional support.
