4)Job Scope Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties. Provide clerical and administrative support to superior. Prepare monthly staffs’ payroll, calculate overtimes for staff, preparing and distributes pay slips, salary summary, key in SOCSO, EPF and Income Tax payment via online. To check staff expenses, claim form, leave application and etc. Liaise with authorities on administration related matters. Received of communication from external interested parties, and channel to respective internal personnel. Perform general administrative job (Purchasing of stationery, cleaning) Compiling and update employee record (hard & soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, recruitment, training & etc.) Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews. Conduct internal orientation to newly hired employees. Assist to source candidate and update database. Any ad-hoc or other duties assigned by superior. 5)Responsibility & Accountability Responsible to maintain and updates employee’s records and filing system. Ensure filing of documentations, records and correspondences (Personal files, Leave Application and HR letters) are properly recorded and updated. To monitor staffs’ attendance records according to staff movement analysis. 6)Authority N/A 7)Qualification Required Minimum Degree holder with 3-year experience in related industry. Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements. Computer literate.
