4)Job Scope Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties. Provide clerical and administrative support to superior. Prepare monthly staffs’ payroll, calculate overtimes for staff, preparing and distributes pay slips, salary summary, key in SOCSO, EPF and Income Tax payment via online. To check staff expenses, claim form, leave application and etc. Liaise with authorities on administration related matters. Received of communication from external interested parties, and channel to respective internal personnel. Perform general administrative job (Purchasing of stationery, cleaning) Compiling and update employee record (hard & soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, recruitment, training & etc.) Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews. Conduct internal orientation to newly hired employees. Assist to source candidate and update database. Any ad-hoc or other duties assigned by superior. 5)Responsibility & Accountability Responsible to maintain and updates employee’s records and filing system. Ensure filing of documentations, records and correspondences (Personal files, Leave Application and HR letters) are properly recorded and updated. To monitor staffs’ attendance records according to staff movement analysis. 6)Authority N/A 7)Qualification Required Minimum Degree holder with 3-year experience in related industry. Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements. Computer literate.
