Roles and Responsibilities : - Profitably grows sales through proactive management of customer relationships. - Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success. - Develops appropriate level relationships with key accounts for self, Channel Sales Director, Executive Sponsorship and technical resources. - Effectively coordinates and delivers customer demonstrations and presentations. - Provides input to senior management on customers and competitive trends. - Calls on accounts with efficient time management skills to ensure weekly visit targets are met. - Provides technical and administrative product information and appropriate pricing details to potential and existing customers. - Maintains a weekly product and sales forecast summary for assigned accounts, providing a clear indication of potential business both quarterly and beyond. - Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management. - Manages assigned customer transition to Account development executives at the appropriate time. - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements : - Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) to eight (8) years of related face-to-face sales experience required. - Experience in co-selling, co-marketing, and reselling required. Experience with CM and/or systems integrator type relationships a plus. - Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions within complex customer environments required or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. - Travel may be required as needed.
