- Maintain company financial records
- Maintain and balance company automated system by in-putting data, verifying data and etc.
- Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information
- Handle accounts payables and receivables
- Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
- Check invoices for inaccuracies
- Correct errors by posting adjusting journal entries
- Reconcile accounts with general ledger by gathering and balancing information
- Handle general accounts queries
- Contact clients about invoices that are past due
- Provides financial status information by preparing special reports, completing special projects
- Secures financial information by completing database backups, keeping information confidential
- Perform any other duties as Management may require from time to time
- Maintain office suppliers and placing orders
- Organize filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employers, employees and clients (if any)
- Maintain company calendar and schedule appointments
- Distribute and store correspondence (eg letters, emails and packages)
- Arrange travel and accommodation (if ask to do so)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Over 2 year of finance or accounting related working experience
- Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or any related study
- Candidate with experience working in Accounting Firm or Trading Company will be added advantages
