- Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook,Website).
- Content Creation: Design graphics, images, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets for posts, ads, and campaigns.
- Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns that align with brand goals and audience engagement strategies.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback on social platforms to build and maintain a strong online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future content and campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and visual identity.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar role. Graphic design experience is a must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Able to write and communicate in Mandarin.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to convey brand messages effectively and creatively.
- A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling; ability to come up with innovative content ideas.
- Ability to keep up with trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and experience using insights to improve performance.
