Day-to-Day Accounting Operations:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting functions, including data entry for the account receivable accounting system.
Accounts Payable / Receivable Management:
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including statements and other related accounting functions.
Accounts Receivables Functions:
- Perform collection and bank-in cheque processes.
- Update the cash book accordingly.
Accounts Payables Functions:
- Process payments.
- Update the respective payment summary and cash book accordingly.
Invoicing & Accounts Updates:
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Audit Preparation:
- Assist in preparing year-end audit files, ensuring all information and supporting documents are available.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Prepare bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Inventory Monitoring:
- Monitor stock in/out for inventories.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and other tasks as assigned by management.
Clientele and Experience:
- Work with a good clientele, gaining wide experience in the process.
Personal Attributes:
- Team player.
- Proactive and good attitude.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Education: Must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/“A” Level/PreU, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Languages Required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
