Prepare customs declarations (import, export, local sales, transhipment & etc).Prepare shipping instructions, shipping certificates, certificate of origin, payment vouchers & etc.Ensure all documents (BL, shipping certificate, certificate of Origin & etc) are confirmed and ready for collection after vessel sailed.Checking and monitoring shipment arrival/departure and ensure consignee/shipper are notified.Input/complete data entries into internal office system in order preparing files for billing.Any other relevant duties requested by Executive / Manager. -Willing to work as a team to complete day to day task assigned.
-Able to work overtime when required (Employees allowed to claim overtime)
-Basic computer literacy
-Able to learn to operate kastam's Mycargo system
-Excess to knowledge on applications of a system environment
-Hands on experience to handle Export/Import shipments.
