Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise the formulation team, providing guidance on feed formulation techniques and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of formulation processes and adjust as necessary to achieve consistent quality.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including production, sales, and quality control, to ensure smooth preparations and meet customer demands.
  • Ensure that feed formulations comply with all relevant regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in animal feed formulation and production.
  • Previous managerial experience in a feed mill or related industry.
  • Familiarity with quality control measures and the ability to ensure feed products meet regulatory standards.
  • Ability to supervise and guide a formulation team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
