Job Description:
- Understand customer needs and help them select the most suitable products.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and present it to customers in an engaging manner.
- Follow up with customers to offer guidance on their product choices.
- Create eye-catching product displays and promotional setups.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and stakeholders.
- Foster meaningful interactions to build positive relationships with customers.
- Offer constructive feedback to the retail and management teams for improvement.
- Achieve daily targets and accurately submit sales and end-of-day reports.
Requirements
- A Diploma in Hospitality, Retail, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail.
- Available to work 6 days a week.
- Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and delivering outstanding service.
- Eager to learn and grasp the technical specifications of consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
