JOB DESCRIPTION:
GL
- Responsible of full set accounts including monthly management report with analysis report schedule, bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation.
- Responsible to preparation of audited financial statement, audit schedules and attend to auditors’ queries.
- Responsible for handling tax compliance work such as tax estimation, tax filling , tax queries, tax audit and tax payments.
- To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals.
- Manage and undertake the bookkeeping, finance functions and periodic accounting activities of the company.
- Prepare projection & forecast cash flow report to Management.
- Assist in the file management matters of the Company; coordinate effective storage and retrieval of agreements/ contracts.
- Assist in preparation & monitoring yearly budgeting
- Participate as a key member in other ad-hoc financial projects/ tasks as assigned.
AS
- Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Transaction Processing: Oversee the processing of financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and refunds.
- Settlement Management: Manage account settlements for various transactions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports related to account settlements and reconciliations to management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations concerning financial transactions and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to facilitate smooth financial processes.
- Customer Interaction: Address queries from clients or vendors regarding account settlements and resolve any issues that arise.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to existing financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions and settlements for auditing and record-keeping purposes.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Professional accounting qualification and/or a degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in related field.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, independent and a good team player.
- Computer literate with strong knowledge in Microsoft office products.
- Must have high standards for accuracy and sense of timelines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
