Qualification and Skills
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, while some positions may require a post-secondary degree or certification in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is often preferred. This may include experience as an administrative assistant, leasing agent, or property management assistant.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are important for effectively interacting with tenants, property owners, and team members, as well as preparing reports, emails, and other communications.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
