Job Description:
- Manage the client service quality and client satisfaction by managing inbound/outbound client enquiries via emails, phone calls or online contact forms.
- Coordinate online order processing, fulfilment, delivery, returns of online orders and stock inventory.
- Handle client complaints, returns and follow through with the solutions.
- Coordinate with other teams to support & execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic acquisition, (SEO, EDM, Social Media) increase website visibility and online promotions.
- Support in maintaining the E Merchandising and the smooth functionality of website.
- Provide administrative support for the E-commerce operation.
- To conduct daily/weekly/monthly reporting: client service analytics reports, E commerce performance reports, traffic/campaigns/promotions performance analysis, and ad hoc reports.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties for the E-commerce store as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min of 1 year experience would be preferred
- Motivated, passionate about beauty and loves to talk to customers
- Language proficiency English and Mandarin (would be added advantage)
- Performance driven and independent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
