- Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable
- Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages
- Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
- Stock In and Stock checking with Updating stock card
- Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
- Good in both verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Coputer Skills such as Word Processing and Spread Sheet of Technical database
- Pleasant personality, Positive attitude, Resposible and Good communication with others
- Good organizing, Handaling documents/Parts in Job order
- Fast Learner and understand the Job scope
- Ability to work independently with hand-on skills
