Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Telesales Representative to join our growing team at Nestspace. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our coworking space and mentorship offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our fast-paced growth and play a key role in expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Present and promote Nestspace’s enterprise solutions, highlighting the value of our coworking spaces, mentorship programs, and community.
• Engage in consultative selling to identify client challenges and offer customized solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, particularly in B2B or enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales and the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the startup ecosystem.
• Familiarity with sales solutions in industries such as tech, finance, or telecommunications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
