Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
Set up meetings with potential clients to introduce our company services and achieve company targets.
Manage the designated customer portfolios by identifying potential opportunities to increase mutual profitable growth.
Manage clients by attending to enquiries, preparing quotations, drafting contracts, negotiating, arranging logistics, handling billing and reporting, and addressing complaints, among other tasks.
Enhance relationships by establishing good rapport and trust within the client’s organization through prompt responses and professional client management.
Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share IT with internal teams, collaborating with the team to achieve targets.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, if applicable.
Willing to travel outstation for business purposes.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior or management.

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Able to speak and read in Mandarin.
For this particular role, we are specifically seeking candidates who are familiar with and can engage with the Chinese market.
Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly desirable.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills (particularly in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin).
0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
Ability to negotiate orders and close deals effectively.
Fast learner and passionate.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
Must possess own transport.

Working hours: 8am - 5.30pm
