Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Technical Specialist - Information Technology to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stability and functionality of our IT infrastructure, providing support across various technical operations. This position is perfect for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for IT systems and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. • Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues across the organization. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement IT projects, upgrades, and improvements. • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software. • Perform regular system backups and ensure data security protocols are followed. • Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems, software, and best practices. • Monitor and maintain IT inventory, ensuring that all equipment is up-to-date and functioning efficiently. • Assist in developing and improving IT policies and procedures to streamline processes and increase productivity. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and network administration. • Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. • Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection. • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network configurations. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
