We're seeking a proactive Finance and Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success. As an Finance and Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing both financial and human resources functions within our organization. This position requires versatility, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Benefits of joining us: - Near to public transport. - Performance bonus - Annual company trips - Annual dinner and networking events Job Requirements - Handle the full set of group accounts, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and yearly closings. - Prepare invoices, quotations, and ensure timely dispatch of payment reminders. - Monitor collections and payments, preparing budget reports as needed. - Ensure that invoices and reminders for payment are sent out timely within the prescribed time frame. - Call for chasing payments. - Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries as required for corporate administration matters. - Manage vendor payments and ensure efficient accounting procedures and systems. - Research and recommend new systems and automation for improved efficiency. - Update asset and performance accounts regularly. - Assist with audit coordination and preparation of tax computations. - Generate monthly management reports and handle other financial tasks assigned by Management. - Conduct cost-benefit analyses on key expenses to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. - Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient use of resources and control over expenditures. - Assist with the preparation of forecast models and reports. - Develop and enforce policies that improve operational standards, ensure quality, and support scalability. - Establish, review, and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. - Prepare regular finance reports for Management, including:- (a) Cash flow by tracking inflows and outflows, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet the Company’s financial obligations; (b) Monthly profit and loss updates; - Provide updates to Management of the Company and relevant heads of department on job applications. - Preparation of needful letters of offer, independent contractor agreements, and/or employment agreements, based on the formats and terms acceptable to Management. - Manage payroll and leave administration, including payslip generation and statutory compliance. - Handle online submissions of monthly EPF/SOCSO/PCB and other statutory requirements. - Assist in calculating and processing commissions and claims payable. - Communicate and resolve matters with clients, tenants, strategic partners, and vendors. - To calculate and determine all payroll and leave administration matters including payslips, leave reports, BE Forms, and other statutory matters where required. - Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management as and when required.
