We are seeking an experience channel sales manager in the software, services, or similar non-tangible products to help drive our expansion of renewable energy products across ASEAN.

As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Channel Sales Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

The Channel Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in driving sales performance and operational efficiency, providing comprehensive support to the sales team and channel partners. This position is responsible for market and industry analytics, contract administration, office management, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The Channel Sales Coordinator reports directly to the Channel Sales Manager/ Operations Director.

Functional Scope

· Serve as primary point of contact for sales team and client enquiries regarding accounts and products.

· Ensure sales team and channel partners meet targets and goals.

· Accurately process and manage orders, ensuring timely delivery.

· Comply with legal, statutory, and company policies and procedures.

· Drive adoption of company programs among channel partners.

· Maintain ISO documentation and adhere to quality system and workplace health and safety standards.

· Design and execute tasks efficiently, effectively, and in an auditable manner.

· Perform additional tasks as required.

Role Skills and Experience

· Proven office administration and support experience.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a business office.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and high-level PC keyboard/mouse skills.

· Familiarity with both Windows and Mac environments (desirable).

· Understanding of ISO 9001 concepts and application in a business environment.

· Excellent time management, organizational, and adaptability skills.

· Advanced literacy and numeracy skills.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
