Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Port Klang, Selangor.

About the Job

This role will be responsible for driving sales growth by maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company's steel products. This involves managing customer inquiries and preparing quotations while ensuring timely delivery of products. Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements and achieve sales targets, while also staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and identify new sales prospects while maintaining existing market share.

Develop sales forecasts, product and territory potentials.

Gathering market information for steel price, market demand and latest project.

Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales targets.

Handle all enquiries from customers, agents, and forwarders.

To update the status of sales order into database and generate Sales Contract.

Involve in activities such as sales, delivery, payment, customer claim and services.

Responsible for managing the inventory levels.

Ensure timely collection, monitoring of debtors and reducing debtor delay.

Building good rapport with existing customers with regular visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Update weekly/monthly Sales Plan and Delivery Plan.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

Posses at least a Diploma in Sales or Marketing or any related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience in doing sales.

Possess a valid driver’s licence and able to travel when necessary.

Clear from any criminal records and punctual.

Physically and mentally fit for the job.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required.

Posses excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
