Job Role
Join our dynamic finance team as a Treasury, AR and AP specialist. This exciting position offers you the chance to work at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring seamless payment process, effective collections, and robust bank and vendors relations.
We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent communication, a can-do attitude, and familiarity with banking platforms and payment processing systems. Experience with changing bank signatories is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment processing:
Prepare and process timely payments for customers, suppliers/ vendors, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and maximizing efficiency.
- Bank Liaison:
Liaise with bank officers daily, managing our bank activities and transactions with precision and reliability.
Collaborate with terminal vendors resolving issues swiftly to maintain seamless transaction processing.
Cultivate strong relationship with our bankers to ensure prompt execution of company instructions.
- Records Maintenance:
Reconcile and maintain meticulous records of collections and payments, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare and post journal entries to accurately record financial transactions.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes by performing various reconciliations, accruals, and allocations to ensure timely and accurate financial
- To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required by The Management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Professional certificate or any equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proactive, good team players, meticulous, able to work under pressure and committed to meeting tight deadlines and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, honesty, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
