  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about retail marketing and sales in the beauty industry? Join our team at The Raw International Sdn. Bhd. as a Retail Executive and play a key role in driving our brand’s growth through top-tier retail partnerships with Guardian, Aeon Wellness, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies that align with our commitment to safety, quality, and efficacy.
  • Retail Partner Collaboration: Provide our retail partners with resources, training materials, and marketing content to ensure The Raw brand is effectively represented.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data, gathering feedback from partners, and sharing insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance retail processes.
  • Stock Management: Manage product restocks across retail outlets and e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely delivery and resolving supply chain challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Help build and maintain strong partnerships with retail partners and vendors by supporting negotiations and ensuring agreement compliance.
  • Operational Efficiency: Assist in resolving operational issues with retail partners, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Project Participation: Collaborate on retail projects, such as product launches and partnership expansions, to ensure efficiency and brand alignment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support stock management, promotions, customer feedback tracking, and new product listings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 year of experience in retail or sales (experience in the beauty industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving operational issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.54 - RM3,220.14 per month
