    - Manage Project and Maintenance related projects nationwide. -Plan and prepare projects from inception, including site surveys, 2D, 3D layout and detailed drawings. -Strengthen internal routines and communication between departments to ensure smooth project planning and execution and drive the design coordination. -To prepare and/or review accuracy of Bill of Quantity (BQ) document provided by contractors/vendors -To conduct site inspection pre and post renovation for measurements, review renovation work against proposed layout and design, look for areas of improvement in terms of design and layout for future locations -Manage project timelines, critical milestones and deliverables to ensure project completion on schedule. -To assist branch to resolve any maintenance/repair issues in a timely manner. This includes obtain and review price quotes, sourcing vendors, raising workflow approvals, and follow-up on issue until it is resolved and processing of invoices for work done. -Plan for day-to-day branch maintenance and safety; ensure premises are safe and compliant with regulations and best practices. -Manages the key interface team for customers (local stakeholders and building occupants) for all maintenance related issues. -Monitor the effectiveness of procedures, processes and systems. -Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance requests by working with technicians, vendors and contractors. -Build long-term partnerships with suppliers, consultants and contractors, ensuring financial transparency through cost follow-up and tendering processes. -To supervise the selection and contracting process of consultants and construction contractors, as necessary for each project. -To obtain appropriate approval for project planning and expenditures in correspondence with approved budget. -Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards to minimise project risks as well as understand and adhere to company policy, procedure and guideline. -Provide leadership and guidance to staffs responsible for specific sites to identify project requirements, monitor schedules, cost estimations and coordinate completion of required work. -Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
    -Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveyor, Project & Facilities Management, Design or relevant field -Have at least 4-5 years working experience in Property Maintenance/Construction or relevant work experience -Exposure to current design trends preferably in banking/insurance, retail or commercial designs is an added advantage -Able to manage and lead a team -High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability. -Attention to detail and adaptability skills.
