Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in selecting and serving frozen yogurt and toppings.
- Provide information on flavors, toppings, and promotions.
- Ensure a positive and friendly experience for all customers.
Operational Duties:
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and provide receipts.
- Assist with the preparation of frozen yogurt products.
- Monitor and restock yogurt and topping stations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Communicate effectively with the Outlet Manager / Supervisor.
- Assist with training new employees as needed.
- SPM / STPM / CERTIFICATE
- With no experience are welcome
- Have a knowledge in Excel and Words
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
