Customer Service:
- Greet customers as they enter the cafe in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the cafe's POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries about menu items, ingredients, and pricing.

- Prepare and serve the food and beverages according to cafe standards.

- Keep the cafe's front-of-house area, including serving counters, tables, and seating areas, clean and well-maintained throughout the shift.

- Restock supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments, as needed.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by keeping track of stock and notifying management when supplies are running low.Cash Handling and Payment Processing:
- Handle cash and process credit/debit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Calculate and issue change to customers.
- Reconcile cash register at the end of the shift and report any discrepancies to management.Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, baristas, and other service crew members to coordinate orders and maintain efficiency.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.Upkeep of Equipment:
- Clean and maintain cafe equipment, including air con and refrigerators, to ensure proper functioning.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly
Education:
- SPM, diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, food service, or related field is an advantage but not always required.
Communication Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Working Schedule:
- Can work 6 days a week followed by assigned working schedule, including weekends, and holidays.
Transportation:
- Have own transport to come to work on time.
