Position: Customer Service Representative (Banking)
Location: Jalan Raja Laut (on-site)
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM or 2 PM - 11 PM
Working days: Monday to Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days)
Salary: RM2,600 - RM3,000
Start date: 2 December 2024
Requirements:
- SPM (credit in Math and English) or STPM with minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Fresh graduates from Diploma or Degree welcome to apply
- Have good English
Responsibilities:
- Use strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to help customers with their inquiries.
- Gain and use in-depth knowledge of industry practices and procedures to meet team objectives.
- Work with your manager to inspire the team and track performance.
- Mentor and support team members to improve their individual performance.
- Consistently achieve and surpass individual and team performance goals with minimal supervision.
- Focus on client needs while providing outstanding customer service, with performance measured by specific metrics.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
