  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Experience in Accounting Software/System is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hands-on person with a keen eye for details and team player
  • Minimum 1-2 years experiences in audit field will be added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including general ledger and account receivable
  • Perform financial analysis on a monthly basis to ensure that journal entries, balances and financial dimensions are correct
  • Preparation for submission of annual tax returns.
  • Liaise with external auditor and prepare audit schedules for audit purpose
  • Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations
  • Maintain and update the fixed asset register regularly, ensuring all acquisitions, disposals, and transfers are properly documented and accounted for.
