Animation Director

The Animation Director will lead the creative vision, quality, and coordination of animation projects, ensuring alignment with our goals and standards. Experience working with Neurodiverse individuals is preferred, since all our contents are created by them and also features Neurodiverse characters. You will mentor also Neurodiverse youths, oversee production, and ensure timely, high-quality content delivery. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage the creative direction of projects. Mentor and collaborate with Neurodiverse students to finalize animations. Plan, coordinate, and follow up on tasks to meet deadlines. Ensure content meets professional quality standards. Foster an inclusive and empowering environment.
