1. Daily Administrative Support:

6. Cross-functional Collaboration and Workflow Optimization:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Demonstrate solution-oriented problem-solving skills, responding quickly to various challenges in daily operations.

7. .Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in arranging materials, equipment, and other resources for company course events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar office support role (fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
