- Trouble and repair faulty tools or equipment, diagnosing issues quickly and effectively.
- Providing technical support and resolving customer inquiries.
- Prepare and carry out daily schedules, submit work/time sheet and reporting as required.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- With own transport.
- Willingness to travel for on-site support.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to handle multitask and work independently.
- Good communication skills and able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Engineering or Equivalent.
- Relevant work experience, 1-2 years in a similar role or field.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apple, training will be provided.
- Skill(s) required: Mechanical troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, technical knowledge, problem-solving and customer service.
