We are currently seeking a dynamic individuals to assume the roles of a “Senior Human Resources Executive” to support the business growth. What you will do: Main Responsibilities • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions including recruitment, payroll, performance and talent management, internal communication, employee relation and administration. • To process the accurate full cycle of monthly payroll, reconciliation reports, and other relevant reports (eg. EFP, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.) • Responsible for managing, coordinating learning and development courses, employee engagement and other activities initiated by the HR department. • Design and implement company policies and procedures related to people management and ensure HR policies comply with labour and Industrial relations regulations. • Implement and administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with organisational goals and are compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and law. • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. • Conduct and facilitate appraisal exercises and salary surveys and assist in developing and analysing the company's evaluation programs. • Managing recruitment needs, including creating/updating job descriptions, and onboarding and offboarding processes. • Other administrative and/or ad-hoc task to support the day-to-day operations and improving work processes. Key Requirements • A diploma/degree holder in HR or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/Admin field. • Prior relevant working experience working in manufacturing/FMCG industries would be a plus, but not compulsory. • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. • Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and work pass management. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, iFlexi HRM system, or equivalent HR system. • Strong time management and organization skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill. • Good team player. • Possess Can-Do attitude. Note: Able to start work within short notice period.
