Job Descriptions - Manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections. - Oversee banking relationships and transactions, including cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial institution communications. - Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper recording of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP principles. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review and decision-making. - Lead the consolidation and reporting process across multiple entities or departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to senior management. - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations. Job Requirements - Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience 2 years in a finance role, with expertise in AR, AP, GL, consolidation reporting, and budget management is added advantage. - Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations. - Proficiency in financial software and experience with SAP or similar platforms preferred. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a finance team. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information to senior executives and stakeholders.
