About this opportunity:
We at Ericsson are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Company Controlling Specialist. This role is fundamental in ensuring compliance, governance, and risk management within our legal entity dimensions. Not only will you guarantee the highest quality of our legal entity accounting records, but you'll also provide expert accounting, treasury, and tax advice to support our growing business. This opportunity allows you to operate a financial control unit effectively, with top-tier processes and tools at your disposal, while maintaining high standards for our team.
What you will do:
- Perform period-end closing activities: accounts reconciliation, SOX control, valuation, analysis of legal entity, Income Statement/Balance Sheet, prepare journal vouchers
- Perform legal entity forecast
- Supervise precision in Transfer Pricing and initiate corrective actions
- Prepare legal entity Board of Directors meeting/ Governance meeting packages
- Drive teamwork meetings with other function
- Main interface for statutory and FIRE (internal) audits
- Prepare statutory accounts, notes and reports
- Other administrative task relevant to the unit
The skills you bring:
- Professional Qualification ACCA, CPA or equivalent required
- Minimum years of experience: 5 years total experience
- Solid practical application in IFRS / GAAP, understanding of business process ICT or Construction experience preferred
- Experience in Financial/ Accounting Systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Financial Analysis skills
- Basic knowledge of treasury and tax
- Self-motivated, self-driven and resilient.
- Candidate with minimum 3 years audit experience (preferable from Big 4 accounting firms)
- Good English command (Added advantage if possessed Japanese and Korean language skills)
- Good time & priority management.
