- Assist in preparing and maintaining full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Support in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and perform account reconciliations, such as bank, credit card, and intercompany accounts.
- Process invoices, manage billing, and follow up on collections to ensure timely payments.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial statements.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Must be able to work in Mid Valley Office Tower.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
