Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and scheduling candidate interviews.
- Manage onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, introductions, and training assignments.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and departments.
- Monitor employee morale and suggest initiatives to improve engagement.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process by collecting feedback, preparing performance evaluations, and tracking employee development.
- Assist with performance improvement plans for employees requiring additional support.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate and deliver training programs for employees on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Identify training needs and recommend development opportunities for staff.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy in the HR system.
- Manage employee leave requests, tracking vacation and sick days.
- Process payroll and benefits administration.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and trends
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, including data privacy and anti-discrimination policies.
- Assist with updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
