Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and scheduling candidate interviews.
    • Manage onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, introductions, and training assignments.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and departments.
    • Monitor employee morale and suggest initiatives to improve engagement.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support the performance review process by collecting feedback, preparing performance evaluations, and tracking employee development.
    • Assist with performance improvement plans for employees requiring additional support.
  • Training and Development:
    • Coordinate and deliver training programs for employees on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
    • Identify training needs and recommend development opportunities for staff.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy in the HR system.
    • Manage employee leave requests, tracking vacation and sick days.
    • Process payroll and benefits administration.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and trends
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, including data privacy and anti-discrimination policies.
    • Assist with updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
