Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and policies. Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Collaborate with employees and benefit providers to resolve issues and provide information. Timekeeping and Attendance: Manage timekeeping systems and maintain accurate records of employee attendance. Address inquiries related to time off, leaves, and attendance policies. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for general HR inquiries from employees. Assist in addressing employee concerns and providing information on HR policies and procedures. HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and analytics as needed. Compile data for HR metrics and assist in analyzing trends. Compliance and Policies: Assist in ensuring HR compliance with laws and regulations. Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies. General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Min 6 months - 1 year working experience as an HR Assistant or in administrative role.
