Responsibility Work with internal data to generate accurate forecasting of sales volume and new client acquisitions. Develop and maintain a rolling target list of potential new electronic specialty store clients. validating potentiality by utilizing golden square criteria Execute ongoing meetings with electronic specialty store partnership prospects, identifying electronic specialty stores and brand opportunities Develop new partnership agreements by including electronic specialty stores and social media. Work with brand education partners to schedule demos to secure new business and achieve national objective. Prepare a 6-month strategic sales plan to ensure the achievement of company goals. Evaluate client growth through the analysis of sales patterns and purchases. Consistently serve electronic specialty stores with education and marketing/treatment strategies to ensure success. Communicate opportunities for innovation to management. Observe electronic speciality stores trends that may indicate the brand's need to shift and evaluate to achieve improved sales and better serve our clients. Maintain and develop comp door growth by building and sustaining strong relationships with existing clients. Communicate and implement corporate objectives and programs as designed. Manage all operational responsibilities for sales and education within the assigned geographic territory. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years in key account management, ideally within the home appliances sector, showcasing a strong understanding of industry trends and customer needs. Exceptional communication and business analysis abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to understand complex business needs and convey actionable insights. • Skilled in team motivation and management. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, essential for effective data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional communication. Demonstrated leadership and ownership in driving category business growth. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, facilitating communication with the stakeholders.
