PRODUCTION MANAGER

• Implement production planning & control. • Production personnel supervision. • Tooling & Equipment Maintenance. • Production planning in line with customer requirements and set targets to Production Department. • Product technical and process specification. • Preparing of materials, tools and equipment to be used in the production. • Monitors and expedites the schedule of the production. • Supervise and leads the personnel in the shop floor. • Responsible for maintenance activity and to liaison with third party for maintenance. • Setting productivity goals. • Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff. • Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary. • Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff. • Supervising and managing the work of junior staff. • Determining quality control standards. • Create checklist and set up a standard for production, QA/QC and Warehouse staff. • Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency. • Monitor & manage Production Assembly Flow including Warehouse procedures such as packaging and delivery procedures. • Organising relevant training sessions. • Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff. • Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations. • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. • Coordinate with supplier/ transporter on loading schedules, goods transfer and delivery arrangement/issues. • To ensure truck/ container loading and unloading operations are completed safely. • Resolves facility maintenance issues with appropriate personnel and reports safety concerns. • To prepare, compile and ensure timely submission of reports to HQ/management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. • Responsible for QMS activity of his/her department. • You may also be required to perform any other tasks or duties that maybe assigned to you from time to time, which is not incompatible with your present job functions and within your capability to perform.
