Functional (job responsibilities)
- Driving Sales Growth
- The incumbent is tasked with primarily driving the sales figures for the wealth business as per the agreed budget through the financial year across the different product classes.
- Coordinate within the respective units/departments on any product campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Provision of analytical support on products offered to enhance sales performance.
- Facilitate the implementation of initiatives on sales strategy and distribution methodology for each product.
- Maintain broad knowledge of the financial markets and current events in relation to both the local and global economy to provide relevant insights to the wealth management team.
- Strategise monthly initiatives with targeted desired outcome.
- Continuous improvement on smooth and efficient operational workflow processes.
- Widening the Breadth of Product Offerings
- The incumbent is expected to be well-versed in the wealth management business, understanding the market needs across the different segmentations.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide potential solutions to clients.
- End-to-end development of new products to be onboarded on IWM’s product shelf including (but not limited to) market research, business viability, documentation, SOP development, and approval processes as well as strategizing the methods of marketing and distribution.
- Continuous enhancement and/or refinement of existing products on shelf to remain competitive within the market.
- Drive the digital penetration of products through HL Connect.
- Drive the conversion of wealth products to be distributed via the digital platform.
- Management of Stakeholders & Overseeing Administrative Tasks
- Forging a strong established relationship with stakeholders as the liaison person between IWM and business partners.
- Oversee the sales distribution channels based on budget against achievements.
- Provision of advisory services to the distribution channels.
- Coordinate product briefings and trainings to ensure compliance on matters pertaining to sales and distribution.
- Address enquiries/complaints by stakeholders.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to be shared with regions in ensuring achievement against budget.
- Preparation of other reports to governing bodies/regulators.
- Provision of high-quality processing service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance on matters relating to products under purview.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- Lead and participate in cross-functional project to deliver sustainable and breakthrough improvement to business processes.
- To participate in project management involving people, organizational change management, systems integration and core process changes.
- Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables.

Education/Qualification
- Degree or equivalent.
Experience
- 5 years industry experience.
