Manage all inbound communication channels including calls, live chats, and emails regarding customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and other product-related issues. Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and providing accurate information.

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • SPM graduates and fresh candidates are encouraged to apply – Comprehensive Training Provided.
  • Candidate are required to work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)

    SHIFTS HOURS (6 DAYS PER WEEK & ROTATIONAL SHIFTS) :

    • 7 AM - 4 PM
    • 8 AM - 5 PM
    • 9 AM - 6 PM
    • 10 AM - 7 PM
    • 11 AM - 8 PM
    • 12 PM - 9 PM
    • 1 PM - 10 PM
    • 3 PM - 12 AM
    • 5 PM - 3 AM
    • 11 PM - 7 AM
