            • Identify opportunities for expanding into new geographic markets or sales channels.
            • Recruit and onboard new channel partners.
            • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas for snack products.

              Reporting and Analytics

              • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
              • Use data analytics to track sales trends, channel profitability, and market performance.
              • Recommend adjustments to channel strategies based on data insights.

                Compliance and Quality Assurance

                • Ensure channel partners adhere to the company’s policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
                • Monitor and address any issues related to product quality or customer satisfaction.

                  • Work closely with internal departments like production, marketing, and finance to align channel activities with company objectives.
                  • Act as a liaison between channel partners and the company to ensure smooth communication.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, distribution, or channel management, preferably in FMCG or snack manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical Ability: Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the snack food industry and market dynamics.
  • Education: Minimum diploma holder in Business, Marketing, or a related field
