- Check and verify all employee attendance record and staff claims on monthly basis.
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management, office maintenance, grocery & stationery order.
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, including stationery, equipment, and pantry items.
- Responsible for regular maintenance or repairing of all office equipment and fitting.
- Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean and tidy in office area.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and coordinating necessary paperwork.
- Coordinate employee activities to enhance the good working relationship among employees including teambuilding & events during the festival.
- Handling business license/company vehicle renewal matters
- Assist in new office setup for any future business expansion
- Any other related assignments as instructed from time to time
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year's HR/Administrative experience
- Experience in Info-Tech system will be added advantage
- Effective communication (both oral and written) in English and able to communicate with all levels. Knowing additional language will be an added advantaage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Works well in a team environment and able to work under challenging situations
- Able to work independently and meet datelines
- Initiative and organizing skills
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
