Job Description

Payroll Processing

  • Collecting, verifying, and entering employee timesheets, attendance, and leave records.
  • Calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and other payroll adjustments.
  • Preparing and processing payroll on time.

Compliance

  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Filing payroll taxes and generating statutory reports (e.g., social security, income tax, provident fund).
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments to avoid late fees or disruptions.

Recordkeeping

  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Responding to employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.

General Administration

  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or management.
  • Ensuring adherence to administrative policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

  • At least diploma in human resources, management or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with local tax laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • High attention to detail to avoid payroll discrepancies
