Job Description
Payroll Processing
- Collecting, verifying, and entering employee timesheets, attendance, and leave records.
- Calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and other payroll adjustments.
- Preparing and processing payroll on time.
Compliance
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Filing payroll taxes and generating statutory reports (e.g., social security, income tax, provident fund).
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments to avoid late fees or disruptions.
Recordkeeping
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Responding to employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
General Administration
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or management.
- Ensuring adherence to administrative policies and procedures.
Job Requirement
- At least diploma in human resources, management or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local tax laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail to avoid payroll discrepancies
