Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks: Data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Enrollment and registration: Coordinate processes, collect fees, and update student records.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for students and parents, disseminate information, and address inquiries.
- Supplies and inventory: Monitor and maintain educational materials, office supplies, and equipment.
- Marketing support: Assists in planning and excuting marketing campaigns, including social media posts
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for social media, banners, flyers, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content for marketing platforms including social media posts.
Job Benefits:

- Salary: RM600 - RM800
Qualifications and Skills:
- A diploma in HR and administration, Business Management, Marketing, Graphic Designing or related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
- Strong organization skills and attention to details.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing technologies and trends
