Job Description: 1. To answer incoming & do outgoing calls, greet & assist incoming visitors and direct them to the person in charge/place. 2. To renew vehicle insurance and road tax. 3. To ensure the cleanliness of the whole office area by checking and monitoring the cleaner’s duties and ensuring the stationery room is well organized and assist to do decoration for office area during any events or festivals. 4. To collect dispatch documents/cheques/cash from all departments and coordinate dispatch to send documents to respective parties and also to track incoming & outgoing documents (via courier service) daily basis and provide summary reports on a monthly basis. 5. To do facilities checking on stationary stock, utensils and pantry items and provide summary reports on a monthly basis. 6. To assist in any HR and administrative tasks assigned by the superior. Job Requirement: 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma 2. Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience as a receptionist or related field. 3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin 4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 5. Disciplined & impeccable attention to detail.
