- Assist in verifying customer repayment details.
- Conduct tele-sales via online platforms (respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Telegram, phone calls, FB, IG; cold calling not required).
- Notify existing customers about promotions by sending messages/SMS.
- Process membership applications.
- Manage membership bonus points and redemptions.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Handle vendor management and content for social media platforms (Telegram, FB, IG).
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Composure: Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu (essential), and Mandarin.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers for various tasks.
- Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Customer Service Experience: Preferable to have experience in customer service (but not essential).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu (essential), and Mandarin.
