  • Conduct tele-sales via online platforms (respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Telegram, phone calls, FB, IG; cold calling not required).
  • Notify existing customers about promotions by sending messages/SMS.
  • Process membership applications.
  • Manage membership bonus points and redemptions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Handle vendor management and content for social media platforms (Telegram, FB, IG).
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Composure: Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu (essential), and Mandarin.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers for various tasks.
  • Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Preferable to have experience in customer service (but not essential).
