Sales Admin

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans in alignment with overall brand strategies
• Coordinate and implement promotional activities and in-store activations to drive product visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyses the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor, retailers and other trade partners.
• Manage the approval and processing of distributor claims, ensuring compliance with the company policies
• Negotiate terms and conditions for opening new trade accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Assist in verifying and processing sales team claims, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Develop and manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery for trade promotions
• Prepare and present regular reports on trade marketing activities, performance and ROI
• Train and support the sales team on trade marketing strategies and best practices
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align trade marketing efforts with broader business goals
• Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Perform duties in complying with Company's Food Safety System, Company's Environment Guidelines, Company's Health and safety Guidelines, Company's Policy and Procedures etc by maintaining, evaluating and continuous improvement.
• Perform task and work requirements as and when required and assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
