  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overall responsible for the development & implementation of sales back-end operations which include sales reporting, processes, RTM, and sales capability to achieve company objectives. Lead continuous improvement initiative to transform commercial excellence and ensure alignment across the business. A product champion and collaborate with senior management to drive success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating performance improvement tasks in daily & monthly basis such as, daily sales report to management.
  • Manage total incentive tabulation and making sure on time payout to the sellers is followed.
  • Develop a process of incentive timeline, to make sure the on time payment cycle is smooth every month and quarterly.
  • Have close follow up with appropriate sales team members of all gaps finding, to ensure opportunities are being fed to them before month end closing.
  • Responsible and accountable for all business intelligence tools such as SAP, hummingbird portal data maintenance, to ensure data accuracy in all reading used.
  • Monitor, tracking and reporting performance review (PPR) and assist in preparing performance reports.
  • Update KPIs to the sales team members for business review used.
  • Ensure smooth flow of day-to-day operations between departments, provide solutions and suggestions to operational problems.
  • Ability to handle massive data and transform into fact finding.
  • Assist in making sure commercial hygiene controls are well maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
