Main Duties:

1.Good customer service experience in the beauty industry - beauty salon / clinic

2.Achieve monthly target set by the company - personal target

3.Answering incoming call and reply message

4.Call and schedules appointments

5.Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner

6.Provide full support on matters related to sales operation

7.To carry out skin/ hair analysis, consultation and excellent services towards customer

8.Handle Customer enquiry and to provide information and assistance

9.Daily routine to check the cleanliness of premises outdoor and indoor

10.Responsible for the daily cash handling

11.Knowledge of Computer – Microsoft office (Word, Excel)

12.Provide professional training and career development opportunities

13.Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

1. Possess minimum SPM

2. At least 1 -2 year(s) of working experience in hair salon or related field is required for this position.

3. Familiar with beauty salon operations

4. Good communication skill

5. Highly independent

6. Work passionately in customer service

7. Able to speak and write in languages English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
